Miserable Suckers: there is one born every minute.
Miserable Suckers try to make the world a better place. They want to be a good friend, a good parent, a good mate. Suckers care. Suckers want to make a positive difference. They need hugs. They save dying animals. Suckers want to play fair and not hurt anyone’s feelings. Suckers read sucky self-help books about how not to be suckers. But no matter how good they are trying to be, their lives are not good; the people around them are not respectful; and their bosses are not fair. They may have some love in their life and experience moments of joy or luck, but these are few and far between.
